I didn't post this on my site because I noticed a pearl needed to be replaced on the bracelet.

I have since replaced the pearl ....I have an affinity for grape patterns and I thought these were particularly nice.

Just LOVE the deco clip made into earrings. They are really stunnung on. We took this pic before these were sent out to the bride. I decided to add another deco piece. This headband is a vintage feather pad with the most amazing HUGH deco pin.

Here is a group of bridesmaid jewels. This bride chose art deco clasp pearl bracelets. These clasps have to be hunt down and the chances of finding 2 alike are small. ....so the different clasps add a little personality.

Holiday Open House

I love this purse! It is made from velvet and embellished with french ribbon roses and a vintage rhinestone pin. These can be ordered in wine, plum and deep green as well. The ribbon and pin will vary. The price is $75 and there is a 2 week turnaround time.

BelCanto is having an open house of our sparkling 1930-1960 vintage jewelry. The times are November 8th 12-3 and November 9th 2-4. I will have this set up through November 22nd so feel free to make an appointment if you are not able to make those times (map84@nc.rr.com)The open house will be at 1007 Senoma Place in Apex. You will be able to make a WISHLIST which we will keep for those two weeks. I am still working on posting....we have run into a few glitches....so you may contact me if there is something you see on line and are not able to attend. It's a BEAUTIFUL Autumn day here....the wonderful golden glow crossing over the summer green. These beauties seem to fit the day........warm golden glow and a soft sparkle. I especially like the Julianna....it is made from a rare, beautiful Julianna brooch. I love the way it plays with the light.

Just after posting the winner of the Wedding Bee contest, I realized that the 1930's Deco Bow was the very first listing in my Etsy shop this past April.....it was so exciting listing it!

How often do you hear someone talk about their "perfect wedding"? In my experience, not often!

Jennifer was one of my voice students - she has a BEAUTIFUL voice - who met her prince charming during a break from college. Their Perfect Wedding was this past July.

The necklace and earrings Jennifer is wearing are made with 1930's crystals...they really sparkle! Her bridesmaids' jewelry is also made with vintage crystals.

Here are a few more photos from our session yesterday. It was such a nice day....not our usual August high 90's. These are freshwater pearls mixed with vintage pieces. The comb is the 3 inch pearl and crystal.

We have been trying to set up a time for a "photo

session" for quite awhile. Today everything came together and......it happened!

This is lovely Christian. She is one of my former

voice students that has become a bride.....and quite

a beautiful one at that.

She is wearing a tiara, necklace and bracelet that

I used baroque pearl vintage pieces to create.

It is so hard to get a feeling for what something will

look like from those little photos on etsy.

This gives you the full picture....so to speak.
